Notably, he has worked with Bitdefender, Teamviewer, MultiversX Ecosystem, and Strabag, holding key roles that emphasize his proficiency in product management and agile methodologies. As a Certified Scrum Product Owner and Certified Scrum Master, Andrei possesses deep expertise in guiding teams through complex development processes.

In his most recent role at Istari Vision, Andrei led the project management for MultiversX Blockchain Apps, where he was instrumental in building and leading cross-functional teams. His responsibilities included defining and maintaining product roadmaps, budget and resource allocation, and creating essential business documents like project whitepapers and tokenomics. This experience is particularly relevant to his new role at CADAICO, given our focus on blockchain technology.
